This section collects important applicant information including size of firm and whether a Controller or Processor.

It is also important to indicate whether or not Protect Plus Partner was used as this will make the application FREE OF CHARGE.

Scope Statement

​

This details the areas of personal data processing to be certified

 

Evaluation Criteria

 

This section lists the requirements for each control and leaves the applicant (or Approved Implementor) to confirm compliance.

 

There are 31 controls to complete.​

Confirmation Statement

​

This requires a protect plus Partner or senior representative of the firm to confirm information submitted.
