Marketing Privacy Practitioner
About the Course
COURSE PRICE: £200
MARKETING PRIVACY PRACTITIONER
The recent Data Use & Access Act 2025 introduced some significant changes to marketing regulations, mostly for the better by improving clarity and simplification. The trade off however was increasing potential penalties from £500 to 4% of global revenue.
If you are working in Marketing it is essential you understand the data protection implications.
This course is designed to cover the fundamentals of how GDPR and PECR requirements may apply to general Marketing practices and what you can do to ensure appropriate security, customer rights are protected and maintain accountability. We also include what you need to know following the changes brought about by the DUAA.
The course is not focussed on a particular sector and the compliance statements are taken directly from the ICO approved LOCS standard and other ICO guidance.
The course is an e-learning designed to be taken at your own pace. It can be used stand alone or further training can be taken before taking the final assessment.
